Recipe from Cynthia
Cucumbers in Sour Cream
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablesppoons finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground dill seed
pepper to taste
2 medium cucumbers, sliced
Mix ingredients well together; chill and serve. Serves 4.

Yogurt may be substituted for sour cream, but due to the tartness you will not need vinegar, so check before adding.
You may change the spices as your family likes. We do not care for dill, but like a lot of pepper.
You may substitute red wine or cider vinegar for a slightly different taste.
It really is best chilled, as the flavors meld.
