Manic Monday- Baked Potato, w/green onions, cheese, with diced bar-q-que chicken
Side item lotsa carrot sticks, celery sticks, apples wedges w/ice-tea
Traffic Tuesday-Croissant Sandwiches, with slices of avocado, smoked turkey, sprouts, Swiss cheese, lettuces, & Roma tomatoes
Side item soup, chips, or potato salad, w/a carrot juice smoothie
Wondering What to Cook Wednesday- Chef salad, two types of lettuces, avocado, sprouts,
shredded carrots, shredded cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, wedges of boiled
eggs, diced turkey & a nice cold glass or ice-tea
Pizza Thursday- Homemade pizza, whole wheat crust from Whole Foods, pizza sauce,
mozzarella cheese & what ever type of toppings you like, we use jalapenos,
black olives, and ground beef with a nice large glass of water
Finally Friday- Veggie soup, & grilled cheese sandwiches, apple or orange wedges with a nice large glass of water
