Cranberry Salsa

We have a new and exciting recipe for you to try that was submitted to us by one of our members. With the upcoming holidays, this will may a great festive appetizer, to serve your guests. Give it a try...you may just have found keeper!!

Cranberry Salsa
1 16 oz bag fresh cranberries
6 green onions
1 or 2 jalapenos(seeded and finely chopped)
1/2 cup cilantro
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp oil
juice of 1 lime

Pulse all ingredients in your food processor till roughly blended; serve with tortilla chips, wheat thins or over pork. Also taste delicious served over cream cheese. Enjoy!!!

  3. It can be as spicy as you'd like. Ionly added one fresh jalapeno and a tsp dried jalapenos. It was mild. Enough so that my kids liked it. Try it....it is sooooo yummy and good for you!!
